All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding when shipped.  Snakes are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, if gender
is noted on the available page. Sex on juvenile bearded dragons is not guaranteed, although we make our best effort to accurately
determine their gender prior to sale.  If you are not satisfied with the animal you receive, please call us  within 24 hours of its
arrival, and return it to us within the next 24 hours.  We will refund your purchase price once you have shipped the animal back
to us using the same method  we used to ship the animal to  you.

For animals shipped Delta DASH, an adult must pick up the animal within 2 hours of its arrival at the airport. Also, please inspect
the shipment in the presence of the Delta representative.  If the animal has died or  been injured you must file a claim with Delta
prior to leaving the airport.  We will refund your money, or  offer you a replacement if the animal dies during shipment with Delta.  
All guarantees are void, and no  refunds will be given, if you fail to receive the animal when it arrives.

Advance payment is required.  We accept all forms of payment through Paypal.  We also accept money orders and personal
or business checks made payable to Pam Stark-Hooper. All checks  must clear before the animal is shipped, and will therefore
delay shipment.

We accept payments for animals priced $300 and above.
 We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the purchase price.  The remainder of the purchase price must be paid within 4
months, and payment in full is required before any animal will be shipped.

Reservations

We will reserve an animal with a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the sales price.

UPS does not offer insurance on animal shipments.  
We therefore are not able to guarantee live arrival on UPS shipments.

Shipping:

shipped by FED-Ex Next Day Air with delivery by 10:30 a.m., or by Delta DASH.  
Snakes are shipped only with Delta DASH or Fed-Ex  as UPS does not transport snakes.

Shipping costs approximately $45-$100, depending on your location, the weight of the box, and the shipping method. We generally ship
with Fed-Ex on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, weather permitting.  Delta shipments can be arranged for most days of the week.  

During extreme hot or cold weather, we will hold the animal and continue to care for it until weather permits shipping.
